With an extensive background in new construction, she has been expertly guiding clients to their dream homes throughout the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland regions. Kathy has lived and worked in the tri-state area for 20 years, arming her with a knowledge base of each neighborhood and community. Kathy is a compassionate, detail-oriented agent that takes great care in ensuring each step of the real estate process is seamless. When Kathy is not working for her clients, she can often be found spending time with her family as a mom of two, staying active on her Peloton bike, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
