Agent after agent called to let us know that this one touched them, claiming this is one of their top favorites.  Fun Fact: If an agent likes your house, they will share their enthusiasm with their clients!

We never wanted to leave and hope we made it to the invitation list for whatever they host in the future.

Mic drop when we walked into the colorful combination of granny chic vintage finds with color combinations that sparked joy in our world, and the buyers imaginations. 

They create a California Cool style ranch combining mundane materials (steel, ceiling board, concrete, nature) with bold artistry and it all works in industrial harmony. Not everyone thinks about using fire engine metal for kitchen cabinetry or hanging a gigantic wire sculpture of an elephant above the great room. 

To thy known self be true in this townhouse centered around the photography of the owner who captured unbelievable images from her travels around the world, combined with the simply wonderful furnishings including a large weaving loom and her collection of 100+ year old vintage trunks.

Here's a great example where this happened and we had the privilege of representing sellers and buyers. The sellers ask if all personal photos should be removed. They surely read this online somewhere. Always going against the grain, we ask that they leave the gallery wall along the beautiful staircase. It was perfectly styled. You may know how hard it is to create one. Our buyers agreed and ask the sellers to leave the nails in the wall to act as a guide.
